offer a way to archive asset and repair data on deprovisioned devices.
When a device is damaged beyond repair, we deprovision it and replace it with another device of the same model. This enables us to re-use our Chrome management licenses. However, when a device is deprovisioned, it drops out of Fleet, and we lose all data on previous owners, repair issues and costs, etc.
Also, if we take advantage of rapid replacement from our Chromebook vendor, they keep the broken device and send new ones under warranty. Since the new devices have different serial numbers, we lose the repair history for the device returned as well as whose device it was. There needs to be a way to archive this data so we still have access to it after Chromebooks have been disposed of. In my case, I need to keep stats on repair type, frequency and cost over the short and long term.

This needs to be done ASAP. The further we get into using Fleet and deprovisioning device the more needed this has become. Please add a filter on the Repair screen to show these devices.
