Add fields for repair cost tracking, purchase order for device and for parts
Since at any point someone may need to look at which PO the device or part was on, which vendor purchased from, the cost of the device/part, these would be handy to have.
In the event of an audit, especially if purchased with federal monies, this could be a lifesaver.

Under the "Cost" tab of a repair, there is a place to add cost of the repair/parts and a place to track information about time spent and a note section. Is this similar to what you were referring to, or different?
