Add tracking info to repair
It'd be great to attach tracking numbers to repair tickets and then a report that summarizes all tracking statuses.
We are in the research stage now to understand the best repair process (from beginning to end) to meet your needs. Providing a tracking and ticketing process is part of this flow and will be started soon!
