Generate Smart Alerts even if activity is blocked
Currently if a student attempts to access *********** (for example) a smart alert is only generated if the content is viewed. If the content is already blocked by policy then an alert does not happen.
I think it would be useful to be alerted to an event as it provides insight into student mindset and could generate preventative conversations and action for the students well being. This could be linked to the purpose of the Beacon product.

Smart Alerts is powered by machine learning so as far as I know it has to load the page in order to detect the bad content because the AI actually has to see the images to generate the alert.
Lightspeed Rocket has a report that runs all search queries against a database of suspicious search queries, makes them into a CSV and emails it to whoever you want to get it once a day. It doesn't necessarily have to block searches based on the list, so it can flag false positives and not cause problems. As an example, we would have users searching for "kill a mockingbird" get flagged for the word kill, but we also would have users getting flagged for "kill myself".
