provide those who can view Smart Alerts (without being an admin) the ability to resolve Alerts.
Currently, we have admins who view the Smart Alerts and speak to/discipline students. However, they do not have the ability to resolve those issues (removing them from the feed). Our fear is that with so many alerts being stored in the feed (resolved and not), there is potential for an Alert to get lost and not addressed.

We are having the same issue. It really disrupts the workflow of dealing with Smart Alerts

We've just run into the same limitation. We just made all the Principals and Assistant Principals (charged with discipline) Monitor-Only Admins to GoGuardian in hopes of enabling them to do their own what's-this-student-up-to research online. It took less than a week to find out that Smart Alerts can be received but not dismissed or set as resolved. So now we have the distasteful task of deciding whether we should make all these people full-on admins of GoGuardian, or tell them not to use Smart Alerts. Yay.

Really? If this isn't already possible it totally should be!
