Smart Alerts: Allow users with Monitoring role to manage pending alerts
Allow users with monitoring role to manage pending alerts that are assigned to them, without giving them rights to edit any other settings.

I agree with this, I just mentioned this to the GoGuardian people I'm working with. I have principals and assistant principals that deal with discipline and I don't want to resolve the alert for them as this breaks the audit chain.
I have allowed them access to resolve alerts and warned them to not touch the policies, but if someone goes rogue they could get real crazy quick.
I agree with this one!
yes please. Let anyone with access to the alerts be able to close them once they have reviewed the issue.

I second this. Currently moving management of alerts to our Principals and Assistant Principals... It's a bummer that I need to give them permission to change filtering policies, just so they can resolve alerts. Even ones that are already assigned to them for handling ...

For sure! This seems like a no-brainer.

Agreed. I'd like to separate Admins for SMART Alerts and Filtering. separate team. I'd like Monitor and Resolve Smart Alerts, but not edit filter polices.
