Hello, I know we have asked about this in the past - but now it is more of a feature request. When we first signed up for GoGuardian, it had the ability to take facial screenshots when a device was marked as Stolen. I know that GoGuardian told me that this turned into a privacy issue because of students. However, the device is considered stolen, so if it's a young person or older person, its stolen, when it comes time to prosecute a person for stealing a Chromebook (Thanks to GoGuardian's location tracking helping us find the stolen Chromebook) we are unable to prosecute the person who stole our Chromebook.
The info obtained for "Theft Recovery" was very useful, and the police department was impressed. But the courts tell us that we can't prosecute the person because there is no evidence who stole it.
Example, our most recent case, he logged into facebook for 4 hours - so we know who did it based on the profile he had signed into in Facebook based on the screenshots GoGuardian took, but in the court of law, there is no proof he took the Chromebook. We would much appreciate it if GoGuardian could bring back the Camera feature for stolen devices.

I think after the multiple lawsuits and inappropriate pictures taken by this type of feature there was a reason it was removed. Think about it. kid has it on in their room, they are changing with it open, picture taken of a minor in a state of undress or nude...um no thank you

And yet another example to back up my complaints about this feature. Remove it or fix GoGaurdian! Right now it does us no good.
