Provide more device information in user reports

When searching user information, it would be beneficial to see what device the person was using. In the event that a device is lost/stolen/broken we can use this information to definitevely identify who had the device last.

Thanks for the feature request! We have just started working on a feature to show the most recent device that a student has used (hopefully with a full log coming soon).

+1. We had a student user logging into their student assigned Chromebook with a teacher's account and viewing inappropriate content. It was difficult to track and prove.

With the help of the AI we found a student that was logging in with other students accounts doing inappropriate things. It took a long time to find out that he had done it 85 times. We check out our chromebooks to each student and if the GG reports had the last device used, i.e. serial number. We would be able to reference back to our check out system and tracked the issue down much quicker then it took. thank you

In an elementary school, we run a fine line with trying to assign a password that the young students can remember and use versus one that is easily guessed. We are having issues with students logging in as another student and changing their password. they usually make other account or Drive changes that are inappropriate. We can see the session where the password was changed, but since there is no device id associated with that session, we can;t tell who did it or from where.

        Direct IP/Public IP/Serial Number/Device Uptime/Extentions Loaded/Last Website Logged time
these would all be welcome additions

It would be helpful to know the source of the Student's browsing activity. Is it from their Chromebook or were they logged into Chrome on a personal computer or mobile device. We are seeing unusual browsing activity being flagged and suspect it may be coming from computers the student has access to.

Yes, this would be a great service to implement. There is no good way to get at this information, Google Console has the devices and then the users who used them but not the other way, seems GG would be in a good position to gather and report on that info. Thanks!

Could you please add device serial number and IP or Mac Address in student history search

This absolutely needs to be a higher priority. Not having some sort of indication of what device is being used is severely handicapping the usefulness of your product.

this needs to be higher. Why have a button that says "Stop Tracking User on This Device" but not have any information as to what device it is referring to.
