Admins need to be able to see teachers' classrooms to help them troubleshoot any problems.78 votes
We’re excited to announce our ‘Log in as’ feature, which allows super users to perform backend administration in a more hands-on way. This new feature will enable you to log in as teachers in your org to support them with their accounts and troubleshoot their classrooms. Whenever you are assisting a teacher, the said teacher would be notified via email that you are assisting them.
Try heading to https://manage.goguardian.com/ to check it out!
Thank you for the suggestion!
This feature would allow you create and export a report based on existing data points. For example I would like to see: Sub OU> All Users> for XYZ.com>04/1/2016--04/30/2016>between 7:30am and 3:30pm. Allow us to save or, "can" these custom reports as well.69 votes
The bypass password setup feature currently resides in 1.0 or the classic GoGuardian site. It is totally ridicules that 2.0 has been available for over a year and we are expected to use it but a feature as simple as the bypass code isn't there. Furthermore, there is no explanation of where it resides or how to get to it anywhere. I had to open a chat session to find it. The bypass setup needs to be moved to the 2.0 site.2 votes
As your company grows, hire enough people to support a call center that can actually take calls and solve problems as they are occuring. Forcing teachers into a chat session, waiting for a call back and/or attempting to schedule a call at a certain later time is not how outstanding companies operate outstanding customer support. I don't mean to rant or be rude, just very displeased and frustrated to be dealing with a very clunky and inefficient mechanism for resolving problems with your product.1 vote
