Can you please program in a way for the passwords to expire. I like that a student can use a password for thirty minutes, but I would like to be able to set a time for that password to stop working. For example, if I create a password for my students to use during a class period I would like it to expire at the end of that class period, or I can set it to expire at a certain date or time.13 votes
This is coming soon in the new version of GoGuardian filtering. Stay tuned!
Add the ability to filter either an individual or OU's top sites by time. We would like to determine how students are using their Chromebooks during school hours vs home.26 votes
Ability to clone profile so we don't have to re-add all the sites we want just specific to an organization.
I have the default profile set to All User and our students. I want to set a profile to just students that has all the websites of the default plus what I want to add afterwards. The default profile effects the Staff Unit because it is under the All Users umbrella. Don't want Staff effected when I just want to add a site for my Students.6 votes
Thanks for the request. This is being designed as part of our new filtering policy implementation. Coming soon!
Provide search box for Google searches, so we don't have to try to find what we're looking for through thousands of search entries by students.3 votes
This is coming soon in the new “Enhanced View”! I will update the status here and via email when it is available to test.
For example, I type in games.com and get all history for that site.4 votes
The ability to search and find information about specific website usage is being developed as part of the new “Enhanced View”. Coming soon!
With Blacklist by Category, sometimes websites fall under multiple categories. It would be nice to have a category by whitelist that overrides the category by blacklist when checked. I.e. Whitelisting the Educational Games category as many of them fall under Online Games and end up getting blocked.3 votes
Whitelisting categories is being designed as we speak in our new filtering implementation. Coming soon!
